When it comes to Italy, this country seems to have a magical aura which makes life easier, sunnier and more beautiful.

This sweet life – la dolce vita – has inspired numerous writers and directors all around the world. And of course it has. How could you not dream of that indulgent lifestyle yourself?

Having a glass of wine with friends on a famous piazza, wandering through magnificient gardens or relaxing on a gondola on the Grand Canal, all those ideas are appealing and truly representative of the dolce vita. Being relaxed, easy-going, and peaceful.

So, here are my 20 favorite photos from two of my trips to the North of Italy, which I hope will make you want to go drink an aperitivo at the sunset in front of one of those wonderful monuments as soon as possible…
